Position: Product Manager for Sport Medicine and Endoscopy

We are looking for a Product Manager for Sport Medicine and Endoscopy to oversee the preparation and execution of marketing plans for launching and promoting assigned product lines within the MEA region.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing and executing marketing plans in relation to the launch and the promotion of the product lines within the responsible territory.
2. Developing marketing materials, planning promotional activities, and working closely with the sales team and regional/global marketing to ensure these tools are effective in supporting sales.
3. Providing training and support to the sales force, monitoring trends, and improving market intelligence.
4. Maintaining contacts with customers to follow up on promotion efforts effectively.
5. Developing technical expertise with respect to specified product area, including product knowledge, sales volume and trends, cost and margin information, as well as key customer demands and needs.
6. Actively organizing and participating in local/regional promotional and educational events.
7. Producing and developing key marketing tools to support market plan initiatives.
8. Providing input into and assistance with market research as and when required, monitoring and communicating market research requirements to back up marketing planning and promotional activities.
9. Providing input into and actively sharing in customer feedback surveys.
10. Providing insight for main competitor activities within the territory.

What you need:

1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
2. Minimum 3+ years of relevant Sales or Marketing experience in medical devices, ideally in Sport Medicine and Endoscopy.
3. Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to established timelines.
6. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
7. Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, with the ability to communicate/present to large groups.
