Product Manager Sanitary Ware and Bathroom

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to oversee the product lifecycle across all our brands and help drive growth, innovation, and new product development.

Tasks

Product Strategy & Development:

1. Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company’s vision and market trends.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
3. Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to develop innovative bathroom and sanitary ware solutions.

Portfolio Management:

1. Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond for all brands within the Aquaforce Group.
2. Maintain and optimize the product portfolio to ensure alignment with customer demands and profitability goals.
3. Ensure consistency in quality, design, and functionality across the brands.

Project Management:

1. Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained performance.
2. Provide training and product knowledge to sales teams to enhance market penetration.
3. Act as the main point of contact for brand-specific product queries and feedback.
4. Regularly report on product development, launches, and performance to senior leadership.

Technical Responsibility:

1. Good technical knowledge of plumbing systems & products.
2. Create installation manuals and videos in coordination with marketing teams across all brands.

Brand-Specific Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and prioritize product development efforts across Domus England, Schmitt, Allflex, DueGi, and Ahti Interiors.
2. Ensure tailored strategies for each brand to cater to their unique market segments and customer bases.

Requirements

Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Industrial Design, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the bathroom, sanitary ware, or home improvement industry.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing product portfolios across multiple brands or regions.

Skills:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
2. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across departments and regions.
3. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in product management tools and software.
