• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining alignment with AAOIFI and CBUAE guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
• A commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Services.
