As a Product Manager – Retail Assets, you will lead the strategic development and management of personal loan products, ensuring competitive market positioning and strict adherence to bank policies.

What You’ll Do

1. Assist in the review and development of existing and new personal loan products or their variants.
2. Prepare business documentation for product launches and market research.
3. Manage the smooth operation of personal loans, ensuring significant income generation for the bank.
4. Regularly monitor product utilization and introduce new variant features based on market trends.
5. Review product profitability and recommend changes to improve profitability and reduce costs.
6. Ensure the bank’s website is updated and effectively promotes personal loans.
7. Represent personal loan products effectively through cross-sell campaigns.
8. Manage the end-to-end process of developing and enhancing processes, systems, and procedures for new and enhanced product offerings.
9. Serve as the central point of contact for all product-related activities and procedures, ensuring compliance with AML and internal control standards.
10. Manage and monitor the generation of MIS for personal loans monthly to assess business performance.
