We are seeking a Product Manager in Dubai to work directly with the leadership team of LeveX to shape the platform’s future and achieve ambitious growth objectives.

Job Description

Position Overview
As a Product Manager at LeveX, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our trading platform. Your mission will be to understand the needs and desires of our users, translating them into innovative features that enhance user experience and drive platform adoption. You will lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with our goal to double user trading activity within the next six months.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive user research to identify needs, preferences, and pain points within the cryptocurrency trading community.
2. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements that will drive user engagement and platform growth.
3. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features.
4. Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform future developments.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to ensure LeveX remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
2. Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, including market trends and user behaviours.
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
5. Passion for creating user-centric products that deliver exceptional value.
