Job Title: Product Manager Web3 & AI Projects

Role Overview

United Future is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of Web3 and AI projects. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with design, development, and marketing teams to deliver products that align with our vision and drive user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy:

Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Web3 and AI projects.

Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into the product lifecycle.

Project Management:

Oversee end-to-end product development from ideation to launch.

Work with engineering teams to prioritize and execute product features.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and marketing teams to ensure product success.

Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to leadership.

Market Research:

Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitors, and opportunities.

Gather user feedback and analyze metrics to improve the product.

Technical Understanding:

Ensure seamless integration of blockchain technologies (e.g., smart contracts, wallets) and AI algorithms into products.

Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in Web3, AI, or related tech domains.

Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency ecosystems, and AI applications.

Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering on time.

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields (Master's preferred).
