Job Description: Booking Product Manager at NeoPass (NEO is our Client)
Position Overview: NeoPass is an innovative platform redefining luxury travel with seamless integration of services including flights, hotels, experiences, car rentals, vacation home rentals, cruises, On-Demand Security Services, and The Butler Group Services. We are seeking a Booking Product Manager to oversee and optimize the global integration and management of these services. This role is key to ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality member experiences, and seamless collaboration with third-party providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Management:
- Develop and oversee end-to-end workflows for all booking categories, prioritizing flights and hotels as core offerings.
- Incorporate secondary services like On-Demand Security and The Butler Group into the booking platform, ensuring consistency and alignment with NeoPass's service standards.
- Global Provider Coordination:
- Act as the central liaison with third-party providers, ensuring real-time data integration, transparent communication, and compliance with global standards.
- Manage contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and operational workflows with providers across all regions.
- Ensure all provider partnerships deliver a consistent, high-quality member experience.
- Financial and Cash Flow Oversight:
- Design and implement global financial workflows for bookings, including member payments (crypto and traditional currencies) and revenue tracking.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure operational efficiency and profitability across all service categories.
- Platform Optimization and Member Experience:
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth integration of third-party services into NeoPass's platform.
- Collaborate with the AI concierge system (NEO) to provide members with personalized, streamlined booking experiences.
- Continuously test and optimize workflows to maintain reliability, speed, and ease of use.
- Strategic Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand and enhance service offerings in alignment with global travel trends.
- Develop strategies to maintain NeoPass's competitive edge in the luxury travel sector, ensuring the platform meets and exceeds member expectations.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 5+ years in product or operations management within the travel, hospitality, or luxury services industries.
- Global Perspective: Experience working with international service providers and understanding of global travel markets.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with booking platforms, API integrations, and third-party service management.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of cash flow management and payment systems (experience with cryptocurrency is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in luxury travel or services.
- Experience with platforms supporting loyalty programs and cryptocurrency payments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple global stakeholders and coordinate across time zones.
