Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in fintech to join our client's team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for our suite of financial products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
3. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
4. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to optimize the product backlog.
5. Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the product lifecycle.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the fintech space.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
2. 3+ years of product management experience in the fintech industry.
3. Proven track record of delivering successful financial products from concept to launch.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
