The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and management of a product or product line. This role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as knowledge of the market and customer needs.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Define product positioning and develop marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and marketing, to develop and launch new products.
Manage the product life cycle, including pricing, packaging, and promotion.
Monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Develop sales forecasts and budgets for the product line.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Support sales teams with product training and provide product knowledge support.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management or a similar role.
Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies.
