Product Line Sales Manager – Own Product Brands (KSA & UAE)

In this role you will lead strategic sales development, create assortment matrices, drive new product introductions and market placement. You will take accountability for innovative inventory management, captivating pricing promotions, and for the development of brand modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement strategy of sales development of consumer electronics own product brands in retail across KSA and UAE
  • Lead of new product introduction (NPI) activities in the region
  • Create and develop Assortment Matrix
  • Complex offer to Partners according to Sales Handbook: size of placement and sell out activities
  • Inventory management and replenishment based on PSI/CPFR data from entities in regions
  • Price promo actions calculating and control of implementation
  • Hire, train, motivate and manage Brand promoters
  • Lead process of Brand modules development in-region analytics.

About you:

  • 2+ years of successful experience in New Product Line sale within Retail in KSA & UAE
  • Good knowledge of Consumer electronics markets, experience in working with leading retail, online players, and distributors (IT Acc, Mobile Acc, Gaming, SDA)
  • Product management and sales experience
  • Skills in short-term and long-term planning of purchases and sales
  • Result oriented with extensive leadership skills
  • Proficiency in English, Arabic as advantage
  • Excellent negotiation and advanced analytical skills
