Product Designer

Interior Designer
We are seeking an Indoor Designer that can generate special, useful as well as motivating styles while taking into consideration all the essential facets of room planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. To research the RFQ and the questions received from the customers.
2. To meet up, survey the site and establish the client's objectives, needs and budget for the project.
3. To prepare mood/design boards.
4. To acquire information about building codes and review policies prior to laying out preliminary design plans.
5. To estimate material requirements.
6. To evaluate several suppliers for high-quality materials and affordable prices.
7. To select and prepare samples for clients' approval while staying within budget.
8. To prepare final implementation plans.
9. To coordinate project tasks and processes.
10. To check the quality and progress at Site/Project and confirm it with the design drawings.

Requirements

1. A Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Design, ideally Interior Design.
2. Proficient at freehand sketches and suggesting appropriate detailing at a site.
3. Knowledge and experience regarding materials and finishes and the ability to specify products and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
4. Outstanding knowledge of BOQs and experience in preparing complete comprehensive BOQs for various projects.
5. Exceptional AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D Max skills.
6. Efficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, particularly).
7. Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
8. Fluent in English and Arabic.
9. Valid UAE Driving License.
10. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
