What You’ll Do?

1. Develop and execute the design roadmap in collaboration with Product, Business, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
2. Design user-centric interfaces across mobile and web platforms, aligned with ZED’s brand guidelines.
3. Conduct UX research to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
4. Create interactive prototypes, test concepts, gather feedback, and refine designs.
5. Deliver culturally relevant and inclusive Arabic-language designs tailored to native users.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and alignment in design delivery.
7. Contribute to the design system by maintaining reusable components and documentation.
8. Hand off detailed specifications and design scenarios to engineering teams for implementation.

Who You Are?

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with hands-on expertise in mobile (iOS & Android) platforms.
3. Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic (writing, speaking, and designing).
4. Design Expertise: Proficient in Figma, with a strong grasp of user-centered design principles.
5. Research & Testing: Comfortable conducting usability testing and synthesizing feedback into actionable designs.
6. Bonus Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS, hybrid app design (React Native), and experience in ride-hailing is a plus.
