Partner with product designers to help define roadmap and priorities for creating accessible digital products
Review accessibility compliance of components and patterns within ADS
Provide UX / UI support for internal design tooling
Product Designer at Agoda means you have a track record of:
Strong foundation with Figma design tool
1 – 3 years of experience working with or on design systems
Experience with design-led user research
A portfolio of work relating to design systems or a strong comprehension of how they work
Solid understanding and knowledge of design fundamentals (i.e. Gestalt, Color, Typography, Grids, etc.)
An understanding of interaction, visual, and user experience design
Able to articulate and explain your ideas to other designers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
A strong growth mindset and team-player attitude
Care deeply about organization, file structure, and the details
Work with Designers, Agoda Design Systems, and IT as our primary stakeholder

User-Centered Design:
Understanding user needs and behaviors through research, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to create user-centric designs.
Designing products that are intuitive and easy to use, ensuring a seamless user experience (UX).
Prototyping and Wireframing:
Developing low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and ideas.
Using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for creating digital prototypes and interactive models.
