Position Overview
Keza Industries, based in Umm Al Quwain, is seeking a Product Associate to take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to sales, driving expansion of our product line for e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Noon. This role is key to enhancing our presence in the UAE and GCC online retail markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive product ideation and development based on market trends and customer needs.
2. Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Noon, and similar platforms.
3. Be responsible for sales performance and customer feedback to improve product offerings and maximize revenue.
4. Ensure timely production and delivery by coordinating with internal teams.
5. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products and enhanced sales strategies.
6. Build relationships with online retailers to improve product visibility and compliance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field.
2. 3–4 years of experience in product or e-commerce management, with expertise in platforms like Amazon or Noon.
3. Strong skills in product development, sales, and market analysis.
4. Highly organized with strong communication skills.
