Position Overview:
This role is a unique opportunity for a tech-savvy and proactive individual to contribute to both product management and client support functions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our SaaS platform while providing outstanding support to our clients in the investment management sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and enhancements.
  2. Support and assist with the roadmap for product development based on market insights and business objectives.
  3. Production of materials on all aspects of the products.
  4. Support of scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  5. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  6. Investigate issues raised by clients or internally.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  8. Provide exceptional technical support to clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  9. Conduct client onboarding sessions, offering guidance and training on our SaaS solution.
  10. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  11. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client support process and enhance overall satisfaction.
  12. Collaborate with the product team to relay client feedback and contribute to ongoing improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 2-5 years of professional experience, with a background in product management, account management, or client support within the software industry.
  2. University degree in a relevant field (finance, economics, business, computer science, etc.).
  3. Strong proficiency in MS Office.
  4. Experience in the financial services industry or a SaaS environment.
  5. Good understanding of the investment management industry.
  6. Tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability to learn and understand software solutions quickly.
  7. Proactive with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
