Product Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our client's team. This role is crucial in identifying customer pain points through data analysis, user testing, and competitive research to design effective solutions in collaboration with UX/UI designers. The Product Analyst will work closely with Product Managers to define and scope product features, write development EPICs and user stories, and collaborate with developers to resolve queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify user pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
• Leverage product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics to track user behavior, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Perform competitive research to benchmark product performance and identify market trends.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create data-backed solutions that enhance user experience.
• Work closely with Product Managers to define feature requirements and ensure proper scoping of product initiatives.
• Write clear, concise, and actionable EPICs and user stories in JIRA, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Assist development teams by answering queries, providing clarifications, and ensuring smooth implementation of features.
• Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to validate product hypotheses and optimize features.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and measure the success of product features.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Product Analyst role, preferably within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven companies.
• Strong experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for product management, user story writing, and backlog management.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to extract insights and create reports.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and user research techniques.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and working closely with development teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues and propose actionable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in UX/UI collaboration and an understanding of design thinking principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative environment.
