What You Will Be Doing

  1. Managing the bank's procurement activities, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality goods and services at competitive prices.
  2. Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
  3. Managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
  4. Overseeing the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  5. Monitoring and analyzing procurement expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Assessing and mitigating risks associated with procurement activities.
  7. Preparing and presenting reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis and supplier performance.

What You Should Have

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills to internal and external clients.
  2. Excellent time management, ability to meet deadlines, and organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  3. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
  4. Unquestionable integrity and a genuine desire to help others.

What We Are Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the services industry.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
