Procurement Specialist (Digital -Tech Experience) (1 year contract)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist with a strong background in digital and technology procurement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing procurement processes for leading technology solutions including Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, IBM, CRM systems, digital experience, call management systems, real estate technology, etc. He will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the procurement of high-quality and cost-effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for digital and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Lead the end-to-end procurement process including RFP/RFI development, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technology requirements and ensure procurement strategies meet business needs.
  4. Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers, ensuring high performance and compliance with contract terms.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends, pricing, and best practices.
  6. Oversee the procurement of technology solutions such as Oracle, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, IBM, CRM systems, call management systems, real estate technology, etc.
  7. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  8. Monitor and report on procurement performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  9. Manage procurement budgets and forecasts, ensuring cost-effective procurement of technology solutions.
  10. Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on digital and technology solutions.
  3. Proven experience in managing procurement processes for digital and technology products.
  4. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  6. In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
