Procurement Officer - Team Switchgear amp Control LLC

We are a switchgear company based in Dubai.

Looking for an experienced procurement person to streamline the procurement and buying process.

Main focus area will be procurement and order planning in order to meet client expectations. Stock keeping and warehouse control are also important.

Responsibilities:

• Stock Organization: Unpacking, labeling, and storing incoming goods in designated locations while ensuring the warehouse is cleaned and organized with the help of the assistant.
• Order Management: Oversee the entire procurement process from order placement to delivery, including preparing purchase orders and tracking delivery.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends and stock levels for regular review.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Oversee and manage the procurement of materials, supplies, and services to support assembly and site operations.
