Procurement Officer - OCS Facilities Management

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer with expertise in Facilities Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing procurement activities for hard services projects ensuring efficient supply chain management and delivering cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement operations for hard services projects ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project needs and provide tailored procurement solutions.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor supplier performance.
• Solve project-related challenges by leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 6-7 years of relevant experience in procurement within the facilities management industry with a focus on hard services projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of facilities management and hard services operations.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to handle complex procurement challenges.
• Supply Chain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of supply chain management processes.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Oracle and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
