Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Vendor Management:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective purchasing.
Maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance.
Oversee purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
Inventory & Budget Control:
Manage stock levels for school supplies and classroom resources.
Conduct inventory audits and ensure proper documentation.
Assist with budget planning and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Compliance & Process Improvement:
Ensure adherence to school policies and local regulations.
Maintain accurate procurement records.
Research market trends and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree with procurement experience (preferably in an educational setting).
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
