Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Officer at Holford FM in Dubai. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing purchase orders, contract negotiation, and procurement processes to meet the facility's requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the procurement of materials and services for fit-out projects.
2. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders.
3. Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
4. Maintain accurate procurement records and track delivery schedules.
5. Collaborate with project teams to meet project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications Requirements:

1. 3+ years of procurement experience in the fit-out or construction industry.
2. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and products used in fit-outs.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Proficient in procurement software and MS Office.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Budget:

AED 4,500-5,000.
