Job Title: Order Execution Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract: 6 Months

Salary: Up to 8,000 AED

Job Responsibilities:

1. Enter and manage orders in the system
2. Handle RFQs, supplier pricing, and order fulfillment
3. Execute procurement activities and maintain supplier relations
4. Monitor deliveries and logistics updates
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering, BBA, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in a similar role
3. Proficiency in ERP (SAP/Oracle) & CRM tools (MS Dynamics, Salesforce)
4. Strong negotiation and logistics knowledge
5. Logistics Background
