Job Description

1. Coordinates and monitors the end-to-end procurement and tender process.
2. Negotiates contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for the organization.
3. Reviews, compares, and analyzes Vendor Proposals and ensures that they are in line with the Commercial and Technical requirements of the Client/End-user.
4. Oversees meetings between relevant business units, line manager, and the vendors to obtain any necessary clarifications.
5. Guides and follows up with Vendors in the submission of Pre-qualification Documents.
