Position Title: Procurement Officer – F&B

Job Description:

1. Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers for food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies.
2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts and regularly track and review stock movement to maintain cost-effective purchasing.
3. Prepare and process purchase orders for required goods and services.
4. Manage the procurement budget, tracking expenses to ensure spending remains within limits.

Qualifications:

1. Should have a degree or diploma in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years relevant experience within the F&B industry.
3. Must be proficient with office software (Microsoft Excel, Word) and familiarity with procurement or inventory management software.
