Job Purpose

• To set up and manage the non-IT category under VMCP department including Facilities Management, Real Estate Projects, Administration, and General Services.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic/Rational

Manage & deliver a professional Procurement service, consistently and fairly, in line with the corporate policies and encourages a climate of openness, trust, empowerment, integrity, and reliability.

Functional

• Leads a complete end-to-end Procurement service for assigned spend categories (FM, Projects, Administration, General Services).

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge

• Minimum - bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent degree / Masters is a plus.
• CIPS / equivalent accreditation.
• Project Management accreditation.

Language Skills

Business Arabic and English - Verbal and written.

Previous Experience

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Procurement and supply chain related position.
• Advanced knowledge of building construction and Facilities Management.
• Advanced knowledge of Project management.
• Previous experience in E-Procurement solutions & tools.
