KBR is looking for a Procurement Manager for a PMC project to be based in Paris for a year and then moving back to Abu Dhabi, UAE.

1. JOB PURPOSE:

1. Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the procurement process for the RLNG Project.
2. Ability to fit purchase into project ecosystem while maintaining freight and supply chain costs.
3. Managing diverse procurement activities and aligning with design engineering.
4. Develop and maintain productive relationships with direct reports, senior management, vendors, other support groups, and project team members.
5. Review all purchase orders and contracts.
6. Ensure accuracy and adequacy of purchasing/contracts negotiation and supply chain administration activities.
7. Fulfill various supply chain requirements relating to project performance.
8. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and adequacy of problem identification, status reporting, and corrective actions.
9. Negotiate T&C, prices, and vendor management.
10. Coordinate with expediting and project management teams during project execution to maintain on-time material delivery and supply.

2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:

1. 20+ years of diverse experience in Procurement Management, including at least 5 years' experience in Procurement, with a focus on the Oil, Gas, or Petrochemical industry.
