Procurement Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition order creation, vendor selection, negotiation to delivery.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors for various products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and service providers.
- Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services from suppliers.
- Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics and timely delivery of goods to ensure business operations continue without disruption.
- Address and resolve issues with suppliers regarding delays, quality problems, or payment disputes (if any).
- Prepare and present regular procurement reports to management.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding procurement-related inquiries.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- 6-8 years of experience in Procurement Manager role specializing in security and surveillance systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Experience of handling a team of minimum 3-4 members.
