Manage and support the procurement operations activities for the assigned category.
Communicate with sourcing, contracts & vendor management, suppliers, freight forwarders and inventory stores at all times to ensure that the customer department is fully involved in the procurement process.
Update business units on changes to the standard procurement operations procedures that will have an impact on the business unit's operations.
Provide the required advice to customer departments on the suitable ordering process and payment options.
Prepare the asset disposal bid tabulation and terms and conditions, to ensure that the Groups' best commercial position is attained.
Ensure that the operations process has been followed as per the company standards and report any discrepancy to Procurement & Logistics Senior Manager.
Report any discrepancy to the agreed service levels to the relevant stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
Procurement: Non-aircraft: 5+ Years
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent):
Experience in International Supply Chain Management & Procurement Operations
Excellent customer Service and a proven team player
Strong interpersonal skills, experience and confidence to adequately deal with senior personnel
