Procurement Expeditor
Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and identify and mitigate delivery risks.
- Periodically review and track all Purchase Orders with local and global suppliers.
- Expedite the execution of Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery, including support of logistic activities.
- Manage shipment delays and inform the Procurement Manager/Buyer/End User on the delays and relevant changes to be made in PO.
- Monitor quality issues/rejections and coordinate with End User/Stores/Buyer to sort out the issues.
- Document and report expediting activities to the Procurement Manager.
- Manage progress with suppliers, including detailed progress reports to ensure on-time delivery.
