Procurement Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and select suppliers and subcontractors specializing in fitout materials and services to meet project requirements
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers evaluate their capabilities and negotiate favorable terms
• Develop and manage procurement schedules to align with project timelines ensuring materials and services are delivered on time
• Prepare purchase orders contracts and agreements in compliance with company policies and project budgets
• Oversee cost control processes monitoring prices quality and availability to ensure the most costeffective sourcing
• Coordinate with project managers site engineers and design teams to align procurement with project specifications and requirements
• Maintain accurate and uptodate procurement records supplier performance data and delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards in procurement practices

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering Supply Chain or Procurement Management
• Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement within the fitout or construction industry
• Strong understanding of procurement processes specific to fitout projects with a network of reliable suppliers and contractors in the UAE
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple suppliers
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work crossfunctionally with project teams
