Technical Support
Work closely with engineering and project teams to understand technical requirements and specifications.
Ensure that procured materials and equipment meet industry standards and project requirements.
Address and resolve any technical issues with suppliers.
Cost and Budget Management
Monitor and manage procurement costs to stay within project budgets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Prepare and maintain procurement budgets and reports.
Logistics and Delivery Management
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid project delays due to material shortages.
Handle any discrepancies or delays in delivery and resolve them efficiently.
Compliance and Documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and project-specific requirements.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in procurement within the country.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles and techniques.
Familiarity with industry standards and technical specifications.
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (Facts).
