Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
Process purchase orders with accuracy and compliance.
Track and monitor deliveries, resolving any discrepancies.
Maintain procurement records, including invoices and supplier agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement needs.
Negotiate with vendors for favorable terms.
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies.
Prepare reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations is a plus.
