Procurement Contract Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and vendors to secure the best value while minimizing risks.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and align contract terms accordingly.
• Monitor contract performance, ensuring obligations are met by all parties.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Conduct risk assessments related to procurement contracts and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of contracts and procurement activities.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and procurement regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement regulations, and risk management.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the marine, offshore, or oil & gas industry is a plus.
