We are now looking for another team member to join us in Sales as Assistant Manager Sales.

This role involves achieving sales KPIs and developing market knowledge. It requires identifying new clients, nurturing partner relationships, driving total system sales, coordinating marketing, and managing customer factory visits, ultimately building a strong sales network focused on the full product portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Ensure track – close of specified projects within territory
2. Identify and pursue sales opportunities
3. Develop excellent relationships with contractors and distributors
4. Identify and develop new sales partners, wherever required
5. Manage spec breaking in projects
6. Collaborate as a team with Internal Sales and Technical Support
7. Timely & accurate reporting
8. Track competitor activities and report

What we’d love for you to have:

1. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of building materials and their applications.
2. Educational: Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design; MBA a plus.
3. Sales Experience: 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the building materials industry.
4. Project Management: Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently.
5. Software Proficiency: Competent in MS Office Suite.
6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
7. Team Player Mindset: Highly motivated, collaborative, and team oriented.
8. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, persistent, and maintains a polite and professional demeanor.
