Procurement and Supply Chain Manager ( International Trading)

Are you an experienced procurement professional with a passion for international trade and supply chain management?

Our client, a dynamic company in Sharjah, specializing in the import/export of raw materials, spare parts, and machinery—particularly for the printing & packaging sector—is looking for a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join their growing team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationship management
• Coordinate international logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Work closely with suppliers and clients across Africa, Europe, India, and China
• Ensure compliance with international import-export regulations and documentation
• Develop strategies to optimize the supply chain for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Maintain strong communication across internal departments and global partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Procurement
• Experience in international procurement and logistics, ideally in the printing & packaging industry
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Hands-on experience working with suppliers and clients across Africa, Europe, India, and China (preferred)
• In-depth understanding of import/export laws and documentation
• Familiarity with international trade practices and logistics workflows
