Procurement and Supply Chain Manager

Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality, price, and delivery terms.

Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational needs while adhering to budgets.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and minimize excess stock to reduce costs.

Logistics Coordination: Manage the transportation and delivery of goods to ensure timely and efficient supply chain operations.

Cost Control: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to maintain cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve procurement and supply chain processes for efficiency, speed, and cost savings.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies, and mitigate supply chain risks.

Demand Forecasting: Analyze market trends and sales forecasts to predict future procurement needs and ensure proper stock levels.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of procurement and supply chain professionals to meet operational goals.

Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on supply chain performance, key metrics, and procurement activities to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or similar role.
  
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Proficiency in purchasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
