Process Operator

Job Description:

Star Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment and processes in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain process equipment such as pumps, compressors, separators, and heaters.
2. Monitor and control process variables to ensure safe and efficient operations.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues in a timely manner.
4. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
5. Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
6. Communicate with other team members to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations.
7. Keep accurate records of production and equipment performance.
8. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma in Chemical Engineering or any engineering discipline.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
3. Knowledge of process equipment and operations.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Willingness to work on a 7-day work week schedule.
8. Must be able to work offshore for extended periods of time.
