Process Engineer

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer with expertise in the dewatering industry to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of pumps, water pressure, hydraulics, water flows, overpumping, flushing, water body pumping, and related systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for preparing technical drawings and designs for dewatering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and implement efficient dewatering solutions tailored to project requirements.
• Develop and review technical drawings, layouts, and process flow diagrams using AutoCAD.
• Analyze and optimize water flow systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Configure, select, and troubleshoot pumps and hydraulic systems.
• Monitor and manage water pressure systems including overpumping and flushing operations.
• Oversee water body pumping processes and other related operations.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure proper installation and performance of dewatering systems.
• Provide technical support to clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Continuously improve and upgrade existing systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE dewatering industry.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in pumps, water pressure, hydraulics, and water flow management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings and system layouts.
  • Knowledge of overpumping, flushing, and water body pumping processes.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic modeling and relevant software tools.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
