About the role:

We are looking for a System Analyst to support the design, improvement, and automation of business workflows across the company. In this role, you will work closely with senior team members to analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and contribute to automation solutions that enhance scalability and efficiency.

This mid-level role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, process-oriented thinking, and a passion for leveraging automation tools to drive operational excellence. You will play a key role in supporting system implementation, workflow enhancements, and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
  • Assist in mapping workflows, documenting dependencies, and proposing optimizations to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

2. Process Automation & Implementation

  • Support the implementation of workflow automation tools, including low-code platforms, APIs, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Assist in configuring, testing, and maintaining automated processes within systems.
  • Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to support automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business teams, product managers, and engineers to ensure automation aligns with company goals.
  • Assist in presenting new automated workflows and process changes to end-users.

4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor key performance metrics related to process efficiency, automation impact, and operational improvements.
  • Identify trends and insights that can drive further optimizations.
  • Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and process improvement best practices.
