As a member of our global team for data & artificial intelligence, you will work on challenging projects from all areas of the energy industry. By combining strategic and business insights with advanced probabilistic solutions, domain know-how, and novel modelling techniques, you will develop methodologies and tools for reliability-based decision-making that improve the sustainability and reliability of products, solutions, and services for our customers.

Your Profile

• Advanced / Masters degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related. A PhD is considered a plus.
• Hands-on experience in the field of numerical simulations, data science, or machine learning.
• Excellent analytical skills and profound expertise in statistical modelling (uncertainty quantification, failure analysis, maximum likelihood estimation).
• Experience with reliability analysis, lifetime modelling, and failure mechanisms (e.g., Weibull analysis).
• Good to have: Experience in an industry-related environment (energy sector).
• Excellent team player and enjoy working in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. Navigate easily in a global & multicultural environment.
• Open-minded and willing to learn and constantly improve own skills.
• Passionate about data and analytics, driving data value across all parts of an organization and ecosystems.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
