PRO (Public Relations Officer) - UAE National

Job Overview:
The PRO (Public Relations Officer) will support a group of companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions related to visas, work permits, trade licenses, and document registrations related to our employees and the different companies. This includes liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies in compliance with local laws and immigration regulations for the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures timely completion of all government-related documents for both employees and companies.
• Executing administrative requirements related to Ministries, MOHRE, Immigration, DHA, Municipalities, Visa Authorities, and other government departments.
• Prepares applications using government portals and systems, and coordinates necessary documentation on behalf of company employees to facilitate visa-related matters.
• Support the HR department for various administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Valid UAE Driving License with Car.
• Strong background in UAE Labor law.
• Strong knowledge about mainland & free zone regulations & laws.
• Excellent communication skills & attention to detail.
