Private Nurse Job Description

We are seeking 2 Senior Nurses with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in nursing, including at least 5-6 years of ICU experience in the UAE.

Job Type: Onsite, Full-time Live-In role with Family.

Number of Openings: 2

Job Timing / Working Hours: 12 hours a day.

Job Location: Dubai

Food Accommodation / Traveling Ticket: Provided by the family.

Contract Duration: 2 years, renewable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• DHA Registered Licensed Nurse.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in nursing.
• At least 5-6 years of ICU experience in the UAE is mandatory.

Local Candidate Preference: Local candidates based in the UAE or outstation candidates with at least 6 years of past UAE ICU experience.

Languages Known: English, Tagalog, Malayalam.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home medical assistance to an elderly female patient.
• Assess the physical and emotional needs of the patient.
• Administer medications and assist with feedings.
• Monitor patient vitals and take blood pressure readings.
• Proficiency in changing catheters, administering IV injections, using NGT machines, PEG Tubes, Tracheostomy, and giving insulin injections.
• Knowledge of handling patients with dementia.
• Ability to move the patient from bed to chair and vice versa.
• Complete patient care documentation and other paperwork.
• Make independent clinical decisions when necessary.

Other Requirements:

• Age: Maximum 45 years old.
• Gender: Female nurses only.
• Marital Status: Single or Married (suitable for Full-time Live-In role).

Priority Position: Both positions are of high priority.
