An ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNW) in Dubai is seeking an experienced Private Chef with a specialization in Caribbean cuisine. The ideal candidate will be confident in their culinary skills, adaptable to the Principal's preferences, and capable of preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
This is a live-out position, and candidates must already be based in Dubai or willing to relocate independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and prepare three high-quality meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
2. Customise menus based on the Principal's taste and dietary preferences.
3. Source the freshest, high-quality ingredients.
4. Ensure an immaculate and organised kitchen, following strict hygiene and safety standards.
5. Be proactive in introducing new, creative Caribbean dishes while also being versatile in other cuisines if required.
6. Maintain an efficient and structured meal schedule to accommodate the Principal's lifestyle.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Private Chef, preferably for high-net-worth individuals or luxury establishments.
2. Strong expertise in Caribbean cuisine with a deep understanding of authentic flavours and techniques.
3. Must be confident, adaptable, and highly professional.
4. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
5. Ability to work independently while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
6. Already based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately.
