Private Banker (AUM50)

We are seeking Private Bankers with current Assets Under Management (AUM) of at least $50 million to join our client in DIFC Dubai. This is a permanent position with an open budget, offering performance-based bonuses of up to 50% on revenue generated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
• Collaborate with a team of bankers to achieve collective goals.
• Generate new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, with at least 3 years in your current role.
• Currently managing client portfolios valued between $50M and $100M, composed of HNWIs with assets ranging from $1M to $3M.
• UAE or EU client base.
• Experience working with HNW/UHNW clients is a must.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary (open/negotiable budget).
• Performance-based bonuses up to 50% of revenue generated.
• Must provide proof of current salary to be considered.
