As a Private Banker, you will serve as the firm's principal contact for Ultra High Net-Worth (UHNW) clients and have a broad and deep understanding of wealth management practices and investment strategies. You are responsible for acquiring UHNW clients and providing them with the right advice and solutions, within the regulatory licensing framework under which the organization is required to operate.
Key outcomes of the role:
Develop and manage existing UHNW client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communications.
Grow the firm business by acquiring new clients.
Work with the Investments and the Wealth Planning team to provide customized and comprehensive financial planning advice and portfolios for clients.
Proactively advise and consult with clients, explaining the various financial services available.
Educate clients about investment options and potential risks when recommending investments.
Ensure all transactions are within legal boundaries by staying updated with the regulations affecting banking and customer interactions.
Manage investment transitions for new clients.
Actively participate in the development of new business and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with the Investment Portfolio Management team to incorporate clients' investment strategies and their planning objectives.
Ensure that the firm's values, reputation, and standing are always well protected when representing the firm in external forums.
Ensure that all activities are undertaken within the regulatory framework. Further, ensure that the company's policies and procedures are adhered to when performing tasks.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree/CFA.
Active book that is transferable.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Investments/Wealth Management.
