The team in Dubai is seeking an experienced Private Banker to join them in pioneering a new era of growth and expansion in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

1. Manage a portfolio of U/HNW private individuals.
2. Market the firm to attract new clients to the bank and actively develop new relationships to increase your assets under management, year-on-year.
3. Keep clients updated on portfolio changes, financial markets, market strategy, and investment philosophy.
4. Participate in advanced finance and capital markets training programs to enhance your expertise.

Key Qualifications / Experience

1. You currently work as a Private Banker, Wealth Manager or Family Office adviser, managing a self-developed portfolio of private clients in a Private Bank or existing EAM setup.
2. Proven track record of individual sales success with quantifiable results, particularly with high-net-worth individuals.
3. Prior experience in a Middle Eastern organization is required.
4. Good problem-solving skills, multitasking, and attention to detail.
5. Strong teamwork and organizational skills, ability to work under strict deadlines.
6. Client-centric and excellent communication skills.
7. Positive attitude, solution-oriented, and dynamic working approach.
8. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is beneficial.
