On a given day, you will:

1. Spearhead the visual strategy for our core digital presence, crafting designs that captivate and convert.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive, user-centric interfaces that enhance the trading experience.
3. Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across our platforms.
4. Push the boundaries of Webflow, creating complex, high-performance websites that set new industry standards.
5. Analyse user behaviour and leverage data to inform design decisions that boost engagement and conversions.
6. Mentor and inspire fellow designers, elevating the quality of our entire design output.

Pay and Benefits:
