Key Qualifications:

1. Chartered Engineer status is a plus
2. Proven ability to manage design and construction stages of projects, and supervise a small team.
3. Excellent client presentation and project delivery skills.
4. Min 10-12 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead projects from concept to completion.
2. Take ownership of project delivery and ensure quality control.
3. Engage with clients and present project updates.
4. Build and manage project teams, both internally and externally.
