Job Objective
Manage employee relations activities within Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority (ADAA) including but not limited to new employee onboarding, employee records management, employee grievances and disciplinary procedures, compensation and benefits program, employee engagement and retention, policies and procedures implementation and update, and offboarding to establish an effective employee relations and a corporate culture which encourages excellence, innovation, teamwork, engagement, continuous improvement, and performance excellence in accordance with the Human Resources (HR) strategies, policy and procedures, and UAE labour laws.
